Heart (Ages 5 to 105)
Music is something that can be enjoyed all through life
beginning at any
age. Our students range in age from four to teenagers
to retirees! In fact, 1/3 of our students are adults. It is
never too late to get started learning to
play. In fact many people take music lessons and perform into their eighty's
and there is no reason to stop there!
 Beginners & Pros
A large number of our
students are complete beginners. People who have just dabbled
or played for years without direction are now 4/4 students as well.
We also have a number of current and former students who have
recorded CDs for independent and major record labels and toured all
over the world.
 Teachers are Students at 4/4
School of Music
Some of Seattle's best teachers learned to play at 4/4 School of
Music! Each 4/4 music teacher is also a student
for life. We learn something almost every day from our students.
Many 4/4 teachers also take lessons from other 4/4 teachers to
improve on secondary instruments!
